Skye stars in indie feature American Primitive

Skye shot an independent feature film, American Primitive, in Massachusetts
during April and May 2007.
The film tells the story of teenager Madeline, who wants nothing more than to fit in after moving to a
new town. Madeline's father makes fitting in complicated. The film is set in Cape Cod in 1973.
The director is Gwen Wynne, who also co-wrote the script with Mary Beth Fielder. In addition to Skye,
the actors include Josh Peck, Danielle Savre, Stacey Dash, Tate Donovan, Ryan Carnes, Sam Brown, Adam
Pascal, Corey Sevier, Jordan-Claire Green, Susan Anspach, James Sikking, Johanna E. Braddy, Blythe
Auffarth, Jason Stuart, and Suzan Crowley.
